This full-day educational workshop invites participants to explore grief in its many forms, deepen their understanding of how loss shapes us across every stage of life and discover practical tools for supporting themselves and others with greater compassion and awareness.
Led by the experienced care team at Angela Hospice, the day combines research-grounded education with meaningful reflection.
Whether you are a caregiver, healthcare professional or someone navigating your own experience of loss, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to expand your understanding and renew your capacity to accompany others through life’s most difficult passages.
A light continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
